Can't activate Start11 after impromptu Windows re-installation

Hi,

In January I purchased a single-user key for Start11 via FastSpring. Today I had to reinstall my operating system out of the blue, but now I can't activate the software. I made a Stardock account with the same e-mail hoping to be able to deactivate the key so I could use it for my new installation, but https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/ says no registrations were found. https://www.stardock.com/support/productkeyretrieval returns an account lookup error.

I'm at a loss for what to do right now. I'm seemingly unable to submit a support ticket due to my problem not being covered by the list provided. Is there anything I can do at this point?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
