Start11 System Tray bug when taskbar is double height (2 rows of taskbar icons)

There is a bug in the Start11 program for Windows 11 where if you drag taskbar height to show 2 rows of icons instead of the usual single row.

The system tray icons are not  layed out properly. The Windows volume, language and network icons appear to be superimposed over the top of the tray app icons making it look messy and you are unable to click on the app icons underneath.

Note: This problem only occurs when the taskbar has 2 rows of icons (The default 1 row is fine).

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more information on your system.

  1. Windows 11 full version number. Please use Winver.exe to get that number.
  2. Start11 version number.
  3. Does the issue resolve itself if you restart Explorer.exe or reboot?

Thanks

Thanks for looking into this.

Just upgraded to Win 11 a couple of days ago. Version number

Windows 11     21H2 (OS Build 22000.856)

Start11   v1.25

I think its purely a layout issue. If I drag the taskbar height to 2 rows, I see the problem in the system tray. If I drag it back to 1 row height, the problem disappears. Rinse, repeat..

Restarting Win Explorer doesnt fix the issue.

May I know,

  1. Taskbar size selection? Small, Medium Large?
  2. Taskbar location, top or buttom?
  3. Taskbar autohide enable?
  4. Your monitor scaling factors? 100%, 125?,150% etc
  5. Post a screenshot of the issue.

Thank you,
