Taskbar jumps from edge of monitor

Hello:

I have Start11 v1.25 and love it over the standard Win11 mess.. I keep my taskbar at the top of my monitor, always have and without any problems. With Start11, all is fine for a while then it randomly drops about an inch (2.5cm) from the edge of the monitor (see below). To correct it I either goto Start11 and select Taskbar then click Restart Explorer or I might do that via Windows Task Manager either method corrects the issue.

However; maybe a dozen times a week the taskbar once again pops off the edge of the monitor and sits about an 1" (2.5cm) from the edge.

I'm currently using Windows 11 Home, 64-bit (10.0, build 22000) w/2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5016629).

Any ideas how I might be able to correct this issue?
