Environmental Shield Bug

I do not remember if this has been posted before so, if it has, please ignore.

After surveying an object, the screen shown in the first screen snapshot below appeared.  Note that the third button says that I have a 95% chance to recover an Environmental Shield.

Later that turn, a screen appears telling me that I recovered an Environmental Shield (see the second screen snapshot below).

A couple of turns later one of my ships earned an upgrade, but there was no Environmental Shield in the list of available upgrades (see the third screen snapshot below).  However, there was a Slipstream Accelerator.

Please pass this on to the devs so they can fix this.

Known bug. It does not show up anywhere.
