Brand New Install Of Fences 4 Doesn't Work On Windows 11

Had Fences 3 on my other laptop and just bought a new surface laptop.  Paid for the upgrade to Fences 4 so I could install it on this new laptop with a clean install of Windows 11 and although the install and activation seemed to go smooth it doesn't let me create a fence.  I can press the trackpad and draw the fence I want but no options are showing to create it.  Already checked that both Fences/Stardock startup boxes are checked.  Tried rebooting.  No go.

**Update** After several install/deinstall/reboot attempts I tried installing Fences 3 instead and it works fine.  So there's something up with the current build of Fences 4.

Hello,
Would like to let you know that there is a new Fences v5.56 Beta which have a potential Fix for scrolling with trackpad issue. Appreciate if you could try out this version and see if your issue get resolved with it.
