I dont know if this is the right way to contact support for ashes of the singularity escalation but i try.
I have bought this game from steam. Everything worked fine till 30.8.2022 with the patch 3.11.
After this update it was not possible to start this game any more. I tried everything i can do by myself like new drivers, resinstall etc.
But nothing helped.
After this i saw that also other users using win7pro like me have this problem!!!!!! You can see this in the stardock forums.
The problem with Stardock is that there is no real support with ticketnumers and somebody who tells you that he received this message.
I think that this is a little bit disapointing. You produce great games and i expect that there is a real support if there are any problems.
Your game requirements include OS like win7pro 64bits and above. Therefore i expect that you will fix this problem as soon as possible.
I have also read that also users from OS win8.1 has also problems to start the game.
I hope that you will respond to this mail, that you read it and you are working on this problem.
I also want to request you to create new stuff for this great game, i am sure i am not the only one.
Please send me a mail what will happen further.
