Start11 bought for old laptop not working on new. Old laptop formatted.

have key but unable to activate

I had an older laptop which is not with me anymore. The laptop was formatted thorough before it was given away.

HadStart11 on it. I have the activation code (that I had used to activate Start11), but unable to activate the software on the new laptop as the error says "Currently active on a different computer".

Old laptop was formatted, and my account does not exist on the old laptop either.

Please suggest how I can activate my purchase on the new laptop.

Hi Basj, thanks for the reply. Does not help much.... I do not see the screen that is shown in the screenshot to deactivate the product key. Can you please deactivate my product so that I can re use the key.....

Also, the old laptop is already disposed (after formatting) so not sure why that key is still showing as active. Please help.
