Changing email address

Hi - I have tried to use the change email option in my Stardock account, however my email account never receives the Stardock verification email. Please help as my original email is very old and susceptible to hacking, as I no longer have the option to change its password.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to change your email address : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#changeemail.

Use the raise support ticket link below if other option fail.  Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
