How do you Install Icons and .. Mouse..

Well i downloaded some files from windowblinds ... erm..
I got these 2 files:

Some .ico icon files + .iptheme file
SB.CurXPTheme

Im not sure how you install these .. so erm.. any help? Please?

You will need the programs for those files. Go here for a list of programs.

Once you have the correct programs, you can just doubleclick the files and they will install.

For icons you need the program Iconpackager.
For cursors, you need to have Windows XP, and the program, Cursor XP.
