What kinds of themes do you mean? WindowBlinds? DesktopX? Are you looking for something that runs on W2K or just looks like it? In any event, you'll need the WindowBlinds program to make WindowBlinds work, DesktopX program to make DesktopX themes work, etc. Look in the libraries on this site...on each page there should be links to the needed programs and also help info.
