I think what he meant was are you able to lift the reply restriction on his account so he can reply more than twice. If I read it correctly.

Narusegawa is correct, putting a 2 reply limit on new account seems a bit restrictive. if you can somehow remove this limit from my account im more than happy to reply in the orginal thread to keep everything together

but restarting explorer did resolve the cut in half icon, but introduced a different issue, im now missing icons all together, and have a big void

making the taskbar 3 high again, does bring it back, but again i now have a taskbar 3 high (below)

with only 2 high in system tray icons

As I mentioned above, I have no power on those. And I believe that rule was put in long before I become Community Assistance and with very good reasons.

As for the taskbar tray icons issue, I really not sure why you having this problem. It might be something in your system conflicting with Start11. Would like to suggest Cleanboot: https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#cleanboot
