Version 3.11 breaks audio when used with valves proton compatibility layer

I know that linux is not officially supported, but just in case I wanted to make this post. Currently audio crackles no matter the proton or directX version. This issue wasnt present in the 3.10.191346 version of the game, which can be accessed by selecting the previous option in the beta section of the properties tab.
