My account is now on Level 3. That means I should be able to rate skins, but I can't! Why?

Nope, i'm a level 3 too. You can see the ratings, but you can't rate.

There was a thread on this not too long ago and i'm not sure exactly what the qualifications are to be able to rate but you have to be an apprentice or above to rate IIRC, but I could be wrong.

Level 3 can see ratings
Level 4 can rate

Apprentice and above or a level-4. There are a few lucky-glitches that allow some level-3 people to rate, till they brag about it and T-Man see it and fixes it.

. NO Xro, the level 5 was meant as a joke, there are only 4 levels. But in reality the level 5 is solely owned by Frogboy who is the CEO of SD
