Sorry to hear you are having issues. May I know more on your issue.

1. You on Windows 7,8,10 or 11? And its full version number please. Use Winver.exe.
2. Your Deskscape version number.
3. Does all Wallpaper do that? Does Animated wallpaper also do that?
4. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Hi!

I use Windows 11 pro, 22H2, build number 22621.608. It only does it for animated wallpapers. Windows is a completely fresh installation. I am using DeskScapes Version 11 Beta 5. I bought it 2-3 weeks ago, since then I have reinstalled it three times, but the same error persists.

Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned above. This is to clear the possibilities of installation/corruption issue. Once that is cleared, we can move on the the next steps.

Everything happened, step by step. Nothing has changed. There are wallpapers that work, some that don't... There are some that used to work, but now they don't.
