Have you checked the other 1/2 dozen threads about Boot Skins?

The 64,000 dollar question is what is our motivation for helping someone who 'will not return here'?

Asking for help then vowing not to be sufficiently polite as to actually check for a response......bit bloody rude, actually.

Brentis - Boot skins at one point in time were made from the processed flesh of cattle, snakes, alligators and various other forms of species. Now with modern technology many varieties are made of various plastics and chemical compounds.
I would suggest you contact a shoe manufacturer for any other serious responses to your query, as WE, are a community of artists and for the most part, semi-intelligent beings which support one another in our neverending quest to achieve the ultimate look and feel on our PC's.
PS - Don't let the door hit ya where I'm sure you have a vast quantity of "Boots" by now.
