After Start11 1.31 update, screen never turns off

Yesterday I updated Start11 from 1.30 to 1.31 on my Windows 10 PC.  Following that update, my PC screen never turns off.  I have my Power & Sleep Screen setting set to turn off the screen after five minutes of inactivity.  It does turn off, but then the screen comes right back on again.  So, effectively the screen is on all the time.  Prior to upgrading Start11 from 1.30 to 1.31, the screen would turn off after five minutes of inactivity and it would stay off.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. No, I do not see the problem, and so far you're the only one report on such issue that I know of.

Please try, uninstall, reboot immediately after. Reinstall the latest version, reboot again and retest. Report back here.

Thanks for your reply and for the troubleshooting tips.  Here's what I did:

Set the screen off timeout to one minute to speed up the testing process.

Rebooted my PC.

One minute later, the screen went off as expected but came right back on again.

Uninstalled Start11.

Rebooted my PC.

One minute later, the screen went off as expected but came right back on again.

Start11 was out of the picture at this point, so it's not the cause of my problem.

Installed Start11 and upgraded to the latest version.

Rebooted my PC.

One minute later, the screen went off as expected but came right back on again.
