Always On Top?

Hi, I'm using roll-up fences pinned to the top of my screen. However, when I roll over the fence to open it, it opens under any other windows. Is there a way to make the fence always be on top of screen content?

You have two configurable options under the Hotkey tab in the config of Fences. The defaults are:

Winkey+Space (press and hold) & Winkey+Ctrl+Space to toggle.

Thanks. Turns out I needed to upgrade to get the feature you described. But I've got it now.
