help with copyright issue please?

can someone help please...

having been told i couldn't upload my bootskin because i didn't have the original artist's permission, i promptly went and got it... but how do i prove to the wincustomize crew that i now have permission when i re-upload the file?!

Zip all files including the permission file, then upload with a mention of the permission in the description
