update impossible

My object desktop was expired since 09/08/2022. So yesterday I decided to update it.
I logged in to my account on stardock.com and ordered the latest object Desktop . I downloaded it and installed it on my PC.
Running the program shows the object desktop window with the "expired" label and nothing can be done to change this ! I cannot enter the new license key.
Please help

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you check your product account page? Do you see if you can now download ObjectDesktop items from there? https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. If not, please report back. If yes, try log out and log in again. Retest and report back.

Hello,
I did what you suggested but I cannot see my download. I guess it may be because I used a different mail address as the account one is obsolete. I changed this account address to the new one but I never got the aknowledge mail from you.
