Start11 5-pack allows only one installation

Hello, I have just purchased Start11 5-pack after short trial. 

The installation went fine on first PC.

When I tried to activate it on my second PC, it tells me I need to deactivate license on the first PC.

I see the info on purchase on My downloads,  it is listed as 5-pack but it states "1 current activation out of 1 total".

Any idea?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to deactivate or just check old activation : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct.

If that don't work. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

We found an issue with some recently added keys and fixed it.
