Unable to Activate

Not accepting e-mail address

I am an tech support  person and the user I am representing attempted to use the product key e-mailed to them after receiving an e-mail from your company. I copied the key from the e-mail and pasted it into the Product key field and then pasted the user's e-mail address into the e-mail address field. Upon clicking the activate button I receive the following error message :

How do I get this product activated?

Are they/you using the correct version for the key provided?  (Fences3 keys will not work on Fences 4)

I started with the Fences 3 version and I received a different error message, that the product key was not valid. Now with the current version of the software (ver 4.5) the key is accepted but not the e-mail address.

Include the key and the registered email address and I can take a look at what is happening

I had an account for two years, upgraded to another computer.

I bought a second fences account using the same email.

How do I get fences on the second computer ?
