Can't Enable

Can't get Fences to enable, getting the following error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still same message.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

If the above do not work. Please report back. Include these information.

You on Windows 7,8,10 or 11? Also need its full version number. Use Winver.exe.
Need to know your Fences version.
