How to set the start menu to full screen

Hate to say it I have version 1.31 and I cannot find advanced options and no where do I see the slide button to go to full screen. Any help on this would greatly be appreciated.
Never mind - I feel stupid - it's called scroll down - dammit - figured it out - thank you argh
