Can IconPackager apply icons to only my user name?

I was just wondering, is it possible that ALL the icons are only applied on my XP user account. I've noticed that even though I applied the icons on my user name, certain icons like the Recycle Bin and the E-mail and Internet icons were applied on all the users. Is there an options I'm missing in IconPackager or something?

There's nothing you can do about that...those icons are inclusive to all users.
