Double upgrade stopping activation?

I ordered  the full upgrade twice by mistake. Sales deleted one so no problems there. BUT when I try to activate the apps I get a red banner fail message. Have I got the activation code for the deleted version?

Hi Basj I had

"An error occured when attempting to download Object Desktop Upgrade (from Standalone).

Please contact [email protected]."

 

I have tried downloading a new version and hit the same wall each time asking me to contact support

I just check that link and download ObjectDesktop without any issue. But, to be sure, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
