Is it possible to migrate a license in my Stardock account to my Steam account?

I have Start11, I purchased it when it wasn't on the steam store. Is it possible to transfer my license from my Stardock account to my Steam account? I would like to move it to that, since my Start10 license is also on there - currently I have to download Start11 from the website.
