No product key

On Dec. 4 I installed Start11 on a new computer and clicked the button to purchase another product key to activate it. I paid via PayPal and see it in my PayPal history and my bank statement, but there is no record in my Order History, I only have one product key for Start 11 from Feb 2022 (I purchased this one back then and use it on another computer). How do I get a refund or a second product key?

Hello,

If you paid with paypal, it will usually appear under your paypal link email. Is your Stardock link email the same as your paypal link email?

What do you mean by my "paypal link email"? My PayPal email is the same as the one associated with my Stardock account. I purchased a key in February with the same email/account and it worked. When I go to my Stardock account and have it send me my product keys, it sends them to the correct email. The issue is that I never received a product key that I paid for in early December.

Understood, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
