I bought start11 but...

I bought start11with paypal but never send me a email with my purchase.  Is there a moderator here? who can help me. I created an account after I purchased the product but the purchase does not show up in my account record.

The problem is that they did not send me a confirmation email and if they charged me by paypal because I have a pre-authorization of a payment, but nothing more.:(

Not too sure on that confirmation email. But, have you tried to get the product and key using the guide I posted above?

Hello,
Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
