White or Black bars surrounding apps with WindowBlinds enabled

Hi Folks,

I've just installed WindowsBlinds 11 and when I apply a style, I get black or white bars on two or four sides of the application (see image below) - which is both unsightly and problematic, as the cursor assumes the black bars aren't there so the buttons on the application do not line up with the cursor position (I have to aim a bit up and a bit left to trigger the buttons).

On changing the style applied, the size of the black or white bars can increase/decrease, but the only way to remove them is to not use a custom style, which defeats the point of WindowBlinds.

What I've tried: Turning on Hardware accelerated graphics, restarting the PC, reinstalling the app. TO no success.

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Does the issue happen on all Windows application such as Windows Explorer?

Thanks

No, not all. Windows Explorer, OperaGX and Spotify are 3 programs that seem to be unaffected. There's enough affected problems for it to be an issue worthy of me uninstalling the program if it cannot be fixed.

Some of Application does not work well with Windowblinds. Usually, those application that use none standard titlebar. Looking at your screenshot. It look like that application added extra button on titlebar. Which, I believe, its not standard. The best way you can do with these kinds of application is tell Windowblinds to ignore it and don't skin it.

Thank you,

The problem is, that none of the built-in themes support darkmode.

Yeah, so ones I've found so far is GoXLR, Streamdeck, RedM, OBS Studio - that's just from what I've found trying to get setup for streaming. If I find anymore, I'll add them.
