Lost Start 11 Key with account merge

Hello, 

I purchased Start 11 upgrade on 8/25/21. I did it as a guest but I also entered an incorrect email(off by a letter). Today I merge the two accounts to my current one with multiple stardock products and now I am unable to view the start 11 product in the user account portal. I have the email invoice with key and all other information. How can I get this product to show up now?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
