Stardock Start11 Trial version activation issue

Unable to activate Start11

Hai,

I am facing an issue with the installation of Stardock Start11.I have downloaded the trial version from the website and installed it. While opening start11,a welcome windows shows up with all the start menu styles. Then the activation windows pops up. I clicked start 30 day trial and entered the E-Mail ID and clicked activate button. But another popup window showed up saying Uninstall Product ? I don't know what to do. I tried reinstalling and used purge.bat. But no luck :'(  .I even reinstalled windows but the problem is not fixed.

 

Please help me...

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you have any trial on other Stardock products such as Start8, Start10 or Start11 before?

No,i don't have any trial products linked to my E-mail. I also thought that i have claimed trial version earlier,but NO. And i tried different E-mail ID's to activate and the issue is still there.

First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Also, make sure to redownload the installer again. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the new downloaded installer and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Issue solved by reinstalling windows.I really liked Start11. So i Purchased it from Steam.

Installed full version from steam and its working without any issues :thumbsup:  . But another issue that concerns me is that autohide is not working when taskbar is aligned top. Any way to fix this ?

As mentioned there on your screenshot the autohide don't work with taskbar on top. There is no work around for it yet. Something changed in Windows 11 22H2 causing that issue.
