Explorer Icons and Animations

Just installed the latest build and no explorer icons or animations. I am running XP home. Anyone know how to fix the problem?

Also, I am running the skin LaST (Cobalt)V1-2
It has explorer icons and animations with the skin. I get everything else with the skin but those. I am running Icon Packager, DesktopX and ObjectDock. I don't know if they conflict with anything.

In SDC download 4.19i(b)003 and you'll have your icons and animations.
