Start menu displaying too high

The top of the start menu is off the screen, with a gap at the bottom

Using Windows 11 Pro 22623.1255
Start11 v1.36

Surface Pro 6

The start menu appears shifted up and the top of the Start menu, when in full screen mode, is above the top of the screen.
Occasionally a solid blue bar appears above the task bar which masks the screen contents. This may not be related but is very annoying.

22623.1255 is an insider release of Windows which we do not offer formal support for.

That said you should update to Start11 1.39 as this should address that issue.
