Where is this tray text item defined?

Yes, it's Luna by Daniac on WB11, but don't worry; the original skin is correct;  



The screenshot with the black item is from a copy of Luna.

I made a copy of Luna, made a few minor changes,
including the start menu, start buttons and the clock font,
and then all of a sudden, this item turned black.   

I would like to know why such seemingly unrelated changes
could affect this.

Than you will need to trace back where you mod the skin and see when it started to happen.

Yeah, but then I still will not know what causes it.

Say, I start over again, make a copy, change the start button
and then this item has turned black.

Then I still don't know where to look to make it white again,
right?
