Start11 Taskbar at top of secondary screen issue.

version 1.41

Hello,

I've been using Start* for years now and since invested in a monitor that I decided to use in portrait mode instead of the usual landscape view. because the taskbar is right at the bottom of the screen I used Start11 to move it to the top of the screen, this worked but I since have noticed that on some occasions the top of the window is hidden behind the taskbar so I have to move it a few times for it to lock on and realizing the taskbar is at the top of the screen.

I also noticed that on my main screen, the "show hidden icons" tab opens at the top of my screen, not the bottom near the ^ icon.

I'm running:

Edition Windows 11 Pro

Version 22H2

OS build 22621.1344

Thank you,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can't reproduce your issue on my system. Any specific steps you have to make for the issue to appear?

Thanks

Hi Basj,

Thanks for trying to replicate the issue, all I did was change the "secondary monitor taskbar" from bottom to top and it happened.

And the windows appearing underneath the taskbar only happens on some programmes, not all.

If you reboot your system. The secondary always at the top or bottom? And if the issue happen, try restarting Explorer.exe and see if that help.

Also, may I know, what application link to that "Customise" pop up msg? Refer screenshot below, taken from your screenshot above.
