These users get all the benefits of a registered user plus the ability to rate skins and can download an unlimited amount of content.

If you cannot, i agree something may be off but I am sure it can and will be fix as soon as it is known about.

Nope, thats what it says, but just like the about section, I'am not sure if its right. The about section is only 1/2 right so this could be also. Don't know.

Yeah. I'm Master Apprentice but I'm still at suer level 2, but I can rate skins, and all level 3 stuff.

Citzen or level 2

Apprentice or Master Apprentice or User 3

Those is pretty much the same, you gets level 3 if you bought stardock program, you gets level 3, or you contribute a lot to wincustomize, you gets Apprentice level. You just need one or other to get to rate skins and etc.

EH.....access to functionality on the site is an either/or system.....either your contributions are essentially financial, resulting in level change to '3' or '4', or.....your physical/social contributions to the site and its community are 'noticed' and you are elevated beyond 'citizen' to 'apprentice' [and beyond.....]....

Since you're still at level '2' it means your contributions have been communal rather than financial, but it was a little birdie that prompted the 'notice'...

Anyway I like the system in here, it gives poor people like me a chance to advance other than money. In fact, advancing via becoming an Apprentice, IMHO, is much better than buying the way, altough that's good to support the site.

Hey EH, when you buy, ObjectDesktop and cursorXP is a must.Then if ya got some change left over, a subscription and a HAT. (IMHO)
