I purchased a single user license, then i purchased a 5 user license then another 5 user license, Following the 2nd 5 user license, my first 5 user license stopped working? I used the same email for all my purchases?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you go to your product account page, do all your purchased appear in there? https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Thanks

End of quote

While you did not post under an account that has any purchases for me to check, what does 'not working' mean - that they are prompting for activation perhaps?

When using multiple keys, its best to use the email + key for activation over email + password as 'the system' has to make decisions when using the former if you are hitting max activations.

You can see all your keys and activations here:

You can also free up unused activations (dead PC and the like):

Hi. I am Having the same issue.

I have bought a single instance of Start 11 and installed it on a PC.

I have now bought another pack of 5.

Only my first purchase is shown in the product keys.

When I use the new product key more than once the original one is deactivated?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

While this is normally handled in a ticket (account issues), you spelled your email address wrong when activating your 5 pack key.

I have merged the account under the correct address:
