Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you go via the All Program->Universal Application-> does the list show up there. If it is, try this. Uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after the uninstall finished. Download and install the latest version https://forums.stardock.com/517565. Reboot again after the installation finished. Retest and report back.

Hi there thanks for the reply.

This is almost all I've got under "U" in "All Programs".

I see no "Universal Applications". Is this good or bad ?

Try this. Change the setting "Use Windows 10 style all progtams list...." to off. And check the list again. You can turn it on again later.
