Overflow Icons Position

I have a problem with my overflow icons. When I click on the arrow to open them, the window appears at the top of my screen, instead of the bottom.

If I disable Start11 and use the Windows menu it behaves correctly.

Need full version number please. Use Winver.exe.

Also try this. Uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, redownload and reinstall V1.43, reboot immediately again. Retest and report back.
