Cannot retrieve order history/ license keys etc

Hello
I logged into my Stardock account today with the intention of retrieving product keys for Fences.
However, regardless of which option I choose: Account, Downloads, or Order History (which used to work)- I keep getting redirected to the home page.

Please advise
