Unable to find recent purchase

I purchased Multiplicity on Apr. 14.  My credit card was charged then.  However, when I try to download the software it shows I have nothing to download.  My order history does not show anything.  How can I get the software.  The email that I received downloaded to a computer that crashed not long after I downloaded it, so I can't access that either.

As a side note, when I go to My Account and try to enter information, it doesn't save anything.  It still shows the default name (which is not me), but shows the correct username.  And I changed my password with no problem.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
