I have a windows 10 computer that has stardock 10 installed.  I upgraded  stardock 10 to stardock 11.    I inserted the upgrade key into the software and it  worked fine.   I also have a laptop running windows 11, I downloaded stardock 11 onto the laptop but when I go to activate the software with the stardock 11 key from the website an error comes up saying that the key is already activated on another computer do I want to deactivate it from the other computer.  I don't know how it can be activated on another computer since I didn't put that key on any other computer.   And I don't want to have to purchase another key.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. How many licenses for Start11 you purchase? If its only one, than yes, you will need to deactivate the first one to use on another system. Please refer here: https://forums.stardock.com/506553/start11-upgrade-faq

I had the keys email to me and it shows another stardock 11 key when I insert the key it worked.   I don't know why my account doesn't show the other key.   But it works and it is activated.
