WindowBlinds 11 - Problem: Code 5

When trying to install WindowBlinds 11 using Object Desktop on computer running Window 10 Pro x64 the app fails to install, and I get red pop-up window with "! WindowBlinds 11 - Problem: Code 5."

Thoughts?
