stardock mcp

Everytime i open a desktopx theme with a system tray, my system says that he can't find stardock MCP.
Please help...

Install http://mi.stardock.com/private/mcp_notfound.exe on it. It'll fit on a floppy.

I've recently found that SDMCP.EXE is causing my DELL 2650 laptop to hang up at the point where the startment/startup files are loading. It gets as far as showing my desktop icons & the startbar (containing BANDVWM but no icon tray) but that's where it stops with the hourglass always showing.

I can Ctrl-Alt-Del to taskmangler & kill SDMCP after which the autostart files resume loading, but with the icon tray missing from the startbar. To get that back I logout & login again.

The thing is: it's not consistent - sometimes there'll be 3 or 4 boot-ups in a row with no problems.

Unless anyone's seen this before & has a handle on it, I guess I'll take it to the Stardock newsgroups.

never seen it before and I have a dell laptop, but not that model.
