With the Start11 1.44 release, we are creating this thread so that users can report any observed issues.  

Obtaining the product

Object Desktop members can get the release from within Object Desktop Manager

Reporting an issue

Please include the following for anything found:

  • Exact Windows version \ build (winver.exe)

  • Detailed steps to recreate the issue seen

  • Screenshots and videos are very helpful.  Videos can be uploaded to a cloud drive service (GoogleDrive, DropBox, OneDrive, YouTube), with a shared link included in your post.  Images can be copied and pasted directly into a post.

  • If there are specific apps that the app does not work (well) with, please note what apps and their exact versions.  If any app is not common, a link to a trial version would be appreciated.

Hi all. I am new to start11 and i am already loving the software. Everything works fine except two issues.

  1. The start11 menu doesn't work when pressing the windows key. However i tried the 1.45 beta version as this was mentioned in a previous thread and it worked.
  2. The option "On the taskbar, show all the open windows" doesn't work on all the desktops. Instead my taskbar shows the icons only from the current virtual desktop.

However if I uncheck this option "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar", the option "On the taskbar, show all the open windows" works just fine on all the desktops. So I suppose there is something wrong with the option "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar".  The problem is that I quite like my menu on the left and my icons in the middle. The only way to achieve that is by enabling the "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" option but that will make the "On the taskbar, show all the open windows" on all the desktops option not to work.

I would be really happy if there is some workaround for bullet number 2.
