Change Active Window Color

I would like to change the active window from "o my god I'm BLIND white" to a slightly gray (or other) color.  What is the process to do such?

Win10, WindowBlinds 11, Skinit 11.

Hello,
You will need Skinstudio11 to properly do it. Skinit? not sure what is that. Need to know which area you wish to change. Screenshots showing which area would help.

Thanks

Sorry my bad meant to indicate Skinstudio11. Modify the color background in the active window (whatever that window might be) from complete white to an off white/gray to stop eye ball burn. Thanks.

You need to open up Skinstudio. File-> Open current Windowblinds Skin -> Click on "Change skin colours" tab-> Drop down menu, select "Show me the skin defined system colours" ->Look for Explorer background (Win10)->click on it-> Click on "Change colour"->Color selection popup. Pick your color->click "OK"-> Click "Apply" -> click "OK" to save. Open up explorer. If the color do not apply. Try restart Explorer.exe.
