admin: Multiple accounts in WC

I'm not an admin, but I dont think that it is acceptable.

I wasn't thinking of doing it myself, it's just that I've seen somebody's e-mail is identical to somebody elses nick...

One of the admins is the right place to start on the issues of rule on this subject, though I do not think it is the best practice for the site to allow it without reason submitted and permission granted...

Ordos....the simple answer is 'no', as it's generally an attempt to bypass downloading limits or even for some sorry individuals to want to rate their own work, or falsely inflate their downloading stats by downloading their own works.

Such practise is a sad indictment on their moral character in general.

If/when you notice multiple user accounts email an admin and it'll be addressed....

'rate their own work' - thats just sad
'download their own work - yeah, that it really depends on that singel donwload .
