Pop up stoppers with windowblinds etc.

Well I was just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this or am I just going to have to live with it for ever. Well I have a pop up stopper and you have to press ctrl to open up a new page when you already have one open. Well when I hold ctrl and open up another Internet Page its not skinned. Anyone else have this problem? If so is there anyway to fix this?

never had that problem but I use the google toolbar.

I have that proggie, go to options on the toolbar, then pop up control, then additonal options, then uncheck the the crtl button, then ok
