How to disable fading (Solved)

I have no idea what I did, but my fences are faded when my mouse is not hovering over them. How do I disable that? I've not been able to find the option.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this setting : Right click on your Fence->View->Opacity->100% (Fully visible)
