Adding additional effects

where to find and how to install

Hi, my questions are:

if there is an easy way to find new effects (just effects, no theme) for CFX4 on wincustomize (besides an advanced Google query);
if the older effects on there that don't have the CursorFX file type can still be used with CFX4 somehow.

From what I know, less and less people upload CursorFX stuff even more less on CursorFX effects.
